Registration Procedures
General Information
We accept online registrations for memberships and swim lessons. To schedule a pool party or for information on our water aerobics classes please email us or call (301) 696-3484. To register online you need either a Visa, Mastercard, or Discover or, if you wish to register by mail, you can print the registration form and mail it to: Hood College Aquatics, 401 Rosemont Ave, Frederick, MD 21701.
Lessons
To register for lessons, please fill out the secure, registration/payment
form completely (payment information, contact information and
lesson registration sections) and either submit it online, drop off
the form at our office located at the outdoor pool or mail it to:
Hood College Aquatics, 401 Rosemont Ave., Frederick, MD 21701. For
directions to the pool, please click here. An aquatics staff member
will be in the office Monday - Friday from 9 a.m.-6 p.m., and
Saturday and Sunday from 1-5 p.m. to accept registrations. We
accept cash, checks, Visa and Mastercard. Please make all checks
payable to Hood Aquatics.
Lesson registrations will be taken on a first come first served
basis. In-person registrations will take priority over mail-in
registrations. Full payment is required to reserve space in a
class.
A full refund for swimming lessons, less a 25 percent processing
fee, can only be made if there is a documented emergency or medical
concern. There is no guarantee a refund will be made if you
withdraw from a class once you have registered.
You will receive an e-mail to confirm your placement in the class
you requested. Once the lessons begin, we reserve the right to move
a swimmer based on his or her level of development. Class times are
also subject to change depending upon the number of swimmers
registered. If your swimmer needs to be moved to another level or
time for any reason you will be notified several days in prior to
the start of lessons.

Membership
