The Monocacy Aquatic Club (MAC) is a year round competitive swim team that is based at Hood College. The age and ability levels of MAC swimmers range from 6-year-old novices who practice 2-3 times a week, to 18-year-old senior level swimmers who practice 10 times a week. This is a progressive program that focuses on proper stroke techniques and development for the younger swimmers and gradually builds toward elite level training and competitions.
