FREDERICK, Md.--The Hood College equestrian club will hold open tryouts for the Hood InterCollegiate Horse Show Association (IHSA) Hunt Seat Team at North Fork School of Equitation during the week of August 27 through Sept. 1.

Tryouts are open to all undergraduate students who have riding experience. Riders are needed to fill positions on the flat and over fences in several divisions from Walk-Trot to Open Hunter over Fences.

Before a new rider may try out, she must complete and return an Athletic Participation Form and a Physical Examination Form. Returning riders must complete and return only the Athletic Participation Form.
