North Fork School of Equitation

The Hood College Equestrian Team/Club rides at North Fork School of Equitation. NFSE is situated on 100 acres in the rolling countryside of Frederick County, Md., about eight miles southwest of Hood College. This facility has four barns for a total of 26 box stalls and 10 straight stalls. There is a 200 by 300 foot show ring with an all weather surface, a 75 by 150 foot indoor arena, cross-country jumps, trails and open fields. Students have the opportunity to learn and appreciate educated horsemanship through dedicated, quality instruction and well-schooled mounts.
