OWINGS MILLS, Md. - The Hood College field hockey team fell at Stevenson in Middle Atlantic Conference Commonwealth action, 7-0. 

Inside the Box Score

  • Hailey Poisal stopped 22 shots in goal for the Blazers. It was the sophomore's second straight game with at least 20 saves and her second of the season. She moved into second place on Hood's all-time saves list with 398. 
  • Ashley Griffin was credited with a pair of defensive saves. 

How it Happened

  • Rosemarie Neiva scored day's first four goals, two in the first half and the first two of the second half. 
  • Sara McVey, Alexis Young and Emma Adams had the final three scores. 


  • Hood ended the day with a record of 3-11, including 0-5 in the MAC Commonwealth. 
  • Stevenson is 4-9 and 1-4 in the league.
