DOVER, Del.--The Hood College men's soccer team (4-9, 1-4 CAC) fell to Wesley College (8-3-2, 4-1-1 CAC) by a score of 3-0 Saturday afternoon in a Capital Athletic Conference contest.

The Wolverines netted all three scores in the first half. Craig Taswell got Wesley on the board with an unassisted tally in the 13th minute. Then late in the stanza, Chris Phillips and Dom Citino notched back-to-back goals within 3:20 and took a 3-0 lead into the break.

Christopher Mendez registered all three of Hood's shots on goal in the first half but they were all turned aside by Nick Talarico. Hood's Shawn Fernholz made four saves in defeat.

The Blazers return to action Saturday hosting Salisbury University at 3 p.m. at Thomas Athletic Field.
