FREDERICK, Md.--The No. 3 Salisbury University Sea Gulls (2-0, 1-0 CAC) defeated the Hood College women's lacrosse team (1-1, 1-1 CAC), 21-0, Sunday in a Capital Athletic Conference game at Thomas Athletic Field.

Twelve different Sea Gulls got into the scoring column as Salisbury built a 16-0 halftime advantage. Sarah Clemmens, Robyn Bishop and Jessica Chmielewski all netted hat tricks in the victory.

Kelsey Blackwell and Maria Moss attempted shots for the Blazers but both were saved by SU's Sonja Stuart and Julie Ann Caulfield, respectively.

Sam Liptrap made four stops in the net for Hood.

Hood returns to action Thursday, March 5, hosting Lancaster Bible College in a nonconference game at 3 p.m.
