The class features 15 men and 15 women selected from a pool of nearly 400 applicants. Additionally, he was one of 16 college coaches in the class, with the remainder coming from the high school and youth coaching ranks.

Prachar is in his third year as the head coach of the Blazer women's program. He served as an assistant for Hood's men's program from 2012-15 after finishing his playing career for the Blazers.

An active member of the local and regional coaching community, Prachar currently coaches with FC Frederick and the Maryland State Olympic Development Program. He holds a National C License through the United State Soccer Federation and a Goalkeeper Level 2 Diploma from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America.

Launched in 2013, the United Soccer Coaches 30 Under 30 Program is a year-long education and mentorship opportunity for a select few up-and-comers who have made coaching their career of choice. The United Soccer Coaches 30 Under 30 Program is designed to give participants exposure to mentorship, and the opportunity to take advantage of educational offerings, such as diplomas and the United Soccer Coaches Convention.

Each member of the 30 Under 30 class receives an educational scholarship which provides registrations for the United Soccer Coaches Convention and an Advanced Diploma course of the coach's choosing, as well as a travel stipend to cover costs for attending these events. In addition, members of the 30 Under 30 Program are matched with a mentor dedicated to fostering their growth in the game and expanding their coaching network.
