Sexton named All-MAC Commonwealth First Team

Sexton named All-MAC Commonwealth First Team

ANNVILLE, Pa. - Hood College's Alex Sexton was named to the All-Middle Atlantic Conference Commonwealth First Team in voting by the league's coaches. 

It is Sexton's third all-conference honor and his first selection to the first team. 

The Blazers' number one singles player for the last three seasons, he won a pair of conference matches, defeating players from Albright and Lycoming. In doubles action, he won four times, including a pair of conference victories against Lebanon Valley and Lycoming. 

He finishes his career with 18 singles wins, fourth all-time for the Blazers.
