NEW HAVEN, Conn. - Hood College's AJ Lewis was seventh in the long jump at the ECAC Championships at Southern Connecticut State University.
- Lewis turned in his best mark of the day with a leap of 6.78 meters (22-3).
- The Blazers were 25th in the team standings.
- Rutgers-Newark scored 87 points, nine more than second-place Marywood, for the ECAC Championship.
- "We really put together some outstanding performances at the ECAC Championships capping off a very solid 2018-2019 indoor and outdoor season. AJ, Danielle, and Evan really brought their 'A' game with three PRs and a season-best performance.
