Mason Wang of men’s basketball and Brianna Hand-Solomon of women’s swimming have been named Hood College’s Athletes of the Week for November 12, 2018.

In the MMI Tip-Off Tournament this weekend, Wang poured in 21 points and hit 8 of 15 field goals against Gallaudet. In the championship game against Randolph-Macon, he was the only Blazer in double figures with 13 points on 5 of 10 shooting.

Hand-Solomon notched Hood's only win of the day in the tri-meet against Lycoming and Misericordia with a time of 1:02.16 in the 100-yard backstroke. She added a second place finish with a time of 25.87 in the 50 yard freestyle.
