FREDERICK, Md.--The Hood College men's tennis team dropped a 9-0 decision to the visiting Shenandoah University Hornets Monday afternoon at the Baker Park Tennis Courts.

The Hornets earned straight set victories in five of the six singles matches en route to the victory. Andrew Blowe battled Cody Jarrell to a third set but came up short, falling 6-4.

Hood next travels to McDaniel College Friday for a 4 p.m. nonconference match.
