Men's Swimming Knocks Off Greensboro for Second Straight Home Win, 118-44

FREDERICK, Md.--The Hood College men's swim team (2-5) captured top honors in all 11 events Saturday en route to a convincing 118-44 nonconference victory over visiting Greensboro College at the Huntsinger Aquatics Center.

Lucas Netter (1000 free, 500 free), Jon Collier (100 free, 50 free), Alex Bodine (100 back, 200 free) and Andrew Bodine (100 fly, 100 breast) were all double winners in their respective individual events while Connor Eliff paced the field in the 200 IM for the Blazers.

Hood's 200 medley relay team of Alex Bodine, Eliff, Netter and Chris Patschak touched the wall first in 1:51.85 and the 200 free relay squad of Collier, Drake Halpern, Eliff and Andrew Bodine clocked a winning time of 1:38.68.

Hood is idle until January 7, 2012 when the Blazers travel to Capital Athletic Conference foe Salisbury University for a 2 p.m. dual meet.
