READING, Pa.--Luis Cotto, Raymond Rivera and Chad Love picked up their first victories of the season but the Hood College men's tennis team (0-8, 0-1 Commonwealth) dropped a 6-3 Commonwealth Conference decision to the Albright College Lions (3-6, 1-0 Commonwealth) Saturday.

Cotto ousted Terrence Goode, 6-2, 1-6, 6-2 at second singles and Rivera cruised to a 6-1, 6-1 win over Alex Alleman at No. 4.

Cotto and Love teamed up at first doubles to knock off Ian Moore and Alleman by a count of 8-4.

The Blazers next match is slated for April 13 against Commonwealth foe Alvernia University at 11 a.m. at the Hood College Tennis Courts.
