FREDERICK, Md. - The Hood College tennis team fell in non-conference action to visiting Catholic, 7-0. 

In doubles, Alex Sexton (Mesa, Ariz. / Mesa) and Josh Sexton (Mesa, Ariz. / Mesa) fell 8-3 at first doubles, as did Richard Hershey (Boonsboro, Md. / Boonsboro) and Jorden Hahn (Thurmont, Md. / Catoctin) at second doubles. 

Josh Sexton had the closest singles match, falling 6-4, 6-0 at No. 2 to Rocky Alhaqbani. Alex Sexton took games in both sets from Jan Lasota at No. 1, but fell 6-1, 6-2. 

Hood travels to Goucher on October 10.
