FREDERICK, Md. - Hood College's Joseph Benton (Mechanicsburg, Pa. / Cumberland Valley) picked up his fourth singles win, but the Blazers fell 6-3 against Albright.

The duo of Benton and Philip Roedig (Farmingdale, N.Y. / St. John the Baptist) swept Werner and Goode at third doubles, 8-0.

The sophomore had a 6-1, 6-1 win at fifth singles against Thomas Werner.

Raymond Rivera (Frederick, Md. / Frederick) topped Terrence Goode in straight sets via a second set tiebreaker and won 6-4, 7-6 (7-1). 

Joshua Sexton (Mesa, Ariz. / Mesa) went into three sets against Ken Richardson at second singles, but fell 6-3, 5-7, 8-10.

Hood faces Southern Virginia at home on April 3.
