BALTIMORE, Md.- The Hood College women's swim team competed in a quad-meet at Stevenson that also featured Frostburg State and Goucher.

• Hood fell to Frostburg State 158-42, Goucher, 150-50, and Stevenson 122-43.

How it Happened

• Brianna Hand-Solomon had Hood's highest finish of the day at second place in the 100 yard backstroke with a time of 1:03.56.
• Kate Sanborn had two third place finishes on the day. She finished with a time of 1:14.15 in the 100 yard breaststroke and a time of 2:32.76 in the 200 yard individual medley.

Notes

• Hood dropped to 0-4, 0-2 in the Middle Atlantic Conference.
• Frostburg State improved to 4-0 on the season.
• Goucher moved to 1-2.
• Stevenson went to 1-4, 1-1 in the MAC.
