FREDERICK, Md. - The Hood College men's tennis team fell 5-4 to Catholic in a non-conference match. 

How it Happened

• Andrew Heon was responsible for half of the Blazers' four points. He teamed with Alex Beaumont for an 8-7 win at third doubles, fueled by a 7-5 win in a tiebreaker against Matt Pham and Brendan Rooney. He then won 6-2, 6-4 against Eric Marcaski at fifth singles. 
• Ben DeLeo won 6-1, 6-3 against Matt Pham at fourth singles. 
• Matthew Betz claimed a 6-1, 6-1 win over Andrew Beiner at sixth singles.
