GLENSIDE, Pa. - The Hood College men's tennis team fell on the road to Arcadia in a Middle Atlantic Conference Commonwealth match 7-2.

How it Happened

• Alex Sexton and Tanner Ruths had wins in singles play for Hood. Sexton was a 6-3, 6-3 winner over Nick Simeone at first singles. Ruths won 6-0, 6-4 against Alex Post at sixth singles.
• The Blazers had a pair of close calls in doubles play. Sexton and Joe Benton fell 9-7 at first doubles to Simeone and Jaime Zeng Zhu. Alex Beaumont and Ruths lost by the same score at third doubles against Drake Hanak and Post.
