Mechanicsburg, Pa. - The Hood College men's tennis team dropped a Middle Atlantic Conference Commonwealth match to the Falcons of Messiah 9-0.

Doubles

• The No. 1 duo of Ben DeLeo and Dom Spinuzza had the closest call, falling to Andrew Bookman and Galen Fitzkee 8-2.

Singles

• At fourth singles, Alex Beaumont battled hard in the second set before falling 6-2, 7-5 to Cody Fitzwater.

Notes

• Matches at third doubles and sixth singles were awarded to Messiah by default.
