Carter wins at first singles at Messiah

GRANTHAM, Pa - The Hood College women's tennis team fell 8-1 to the Falcons of Messiah University.

Singles
  • Megan Carter won in straight sets at first singles. The first set was won 6-1 and Carter won the second set 6-3.
  • Hannah Dumikjan had a close set in her fourth singles match, but ended up being bested by Rebekah Sheaffer 6-4, 6-1.
Doubles
  • Skylar Wright and Carter competed together in first doubles but unfortunately came up short, losing by a score of 8-6 to Conjack and Rebekah Adams.
