FREDERICK, Md. - The Hood College men's tennis team hosted Messiah University in a Middle Atlantic Conference Commonwealth match that resulted in a 9-0 loss for the Blazers on Tuesday.
Doubles
- At No. 1 doubles, Kyle Richardson (New Market, MD/Oakdale) and Jeff Fleming (Mount Airy, Md./South Carroll) fell 8-2 to Connor Rose and Chase Wilson.
Singles
- At No. 1 singles, Clifford Hedin (Monrovia, Md./Urbana) and Rose played a close match that ended in a 6-3, 6-2 loss for Hedin.
- Richardson fell 6-3, 6-1 to Michael Sell at No. 2 singles.
