NEWTOWN, Pa. – The Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Executive Director Megan Morrison announced the 2025 MAC Winter and Spring Sports Academic Honor Roll on Wednesday. A total of 4,195 student-athletes were recognized, while 784 earned a perfect 4.0 grade-point average (GPA) during the 2025 spring semester. Hood put 154 of those on the list.

The winter and spring academic honor rolls are comprised of student-athletes who compete in a varsity level winter and/or spring sport and registered a spring term/semester GPA of 3.20 (on a 4.00 scale) or higher. Since 2020-21, the MAC has allowed its institutions to name all of their NCAA-competing sports to the MAC Academic Honor Roll even if the MAC does not sponsor the sport. To date, the additional sports recognized are men's and women's fencing (winter), women's wrestling (winter), beach volleyball (spring), and acrobatics and tumbling (spring). 

Hood marked 56 student-athletes with 12 claiming 4.0 in the Winter Academic Honor Roll. Women's Ice Hockey led all sports with 15 members while Men's Basketball had six to lead the men's side of Hood's representations.

The Spring Academic Honor Roll had 98 student-athletes and 11 with 4.0's from Hood. Men's Lacrosse led all Hood sports with 21 recipients while Softball's 14 led the women's side.
