2011: Ran every race but the McDaniel 3K ...Top Hood finisher in six races, including Baltimore Metro 5K,McDaniel 5K, Delaware 8K, Salisbury 8K, Hood 5K, Hood 8K and NCAARegionals ... Clocked a 28:44 at NCAA Regionals ... Top time of theseason came at Salisbury (27:32) ... Tied for first place at Hood5K race on campus with teammates Dan Jacobs and Stephen McNamara(18:13) ... Placed 22nd at CACs at York (Pa.).

2010: Competed in all ten races ... Ran fastesttime of the year at Salisbury Invite 8K (28:11)...
Came in fifth place at 5K Shenandoah meet which was top finish ofthe season (18:54) ... Ran (28:28) in CAC meet and (28:55.0) inNCAA Regional meet.

2009: Competed in all nine races ... Hood''s topfinisher at McDaniel 3K (10:26.03) and 5K (17:42) ... Fastest 8Ktime of the season at Salisbury Invite (27:40) ... Runner-up atHood 5K (17:51.68) ... Hood''s No. 2 runner at CACs (29:02.61).
