2013: Received the  Mary Margaret Rose Award and the Student Government Association Student Leader of the Year Award... Ran in all nine races this season...Ran a time of 19:08.79 at the Goucher College Warm-Up Meet 5K...Finished with a time of 30:05.50 at the Delaware Invitational 8K...Crossed the line with a time of 21:25.68 at the Mule-Falcon Invitational 6K...Covered the course with a time of 28:06.40 at the Don Cathcart Invitational 8K...Finished in a time of 33:51.77 at the Goldey-Beacom Invitational 8K...Covered the course with a time of 29:30.9 at the Hood College Open 8K...Had a time of 29:51.5 at the Hood College Invitational 8K...Posted a time of 33:39.85 at the MAC Championship 8K...Finished with a time of 29:41 at the NCAA Mideast Regional 8K.

2012: Competed in all eight races...Top 8K time was 29:46 at the Lehigh meet...Top finish was 17th at the Mule/Falcon Classic 6K...Ran 29:56 at MAC Championships and 30:45 at NCAA Regionals.

2011: Competed in all nine races ... Top Hood finisher at McDaniel 3K race (11:04), good for 29th overall ... Placed fourth at Hood 5K Invitational in 18:27 ... Logged a season-best time of 29:35 at Salisbury 8K race ... Ran 32:01 at CACs and 31:13 at NCAA Regionals.

2010: Ran in 10 races for the Blazers ... Ran his best race in the CAC 8K with a time of 29:05, ranking 59th in the conference ... When racing in the NCAA regional meet he ranked 261st ... Also ran his best 5k race at the Hood Invite running an 18:30 placing 12th.
