2013: Ran in all nine races this season...Ran a time of 18:02.76 at the Goucher College Warm-Up Meet 5K finishing first for Hood...Finished first for Hood with a time of 29:26.35 at the Delaware Invitational 8K...Lead the team with a time of 20:33.79 at the Mule-Falcon Invitational 6K...Crossed the line with a time of 26:42, finishing first for the team at the Don Cathcart Invitational 8K...Had a time of 31:13.62 at the Goldey-Beacom Invitational 8K, finishing first for Hood...Posted the top time for the team with 28:32.6 at the Hood College Open 8K...Crossed the finish line, leading Hood with a top time of 30:18.2 at the Hood College Invitational 8K...Had the top time for Hood’s Men team of 29:04.93 at the MAC Championship 8K...Finished with a time of 28:43 at the NCAA Mideast Regional 8K.

2012: Ran in all eight races on the season...Was Hood''s top finisher at the Lehigh 8K...also finished second at the Mule Falcon Classic 6K and fifth at the University of Delaware Invitational 8K...Top 8K time was 27:28 at the Lehigh meet...Ran 27:55 at the MAC Championships and 28:23 at the NCAA Regionals...Also tied for 11th with teammate Brett Shelley in the Goldey-Beacom Classic with a time of 30:10.

2011: Ran in all but two races on the season ... Top Hood finisher twice, at Salisbury Invitational (27:20, 51st) and Hood 5K Invitational (18:13, 1st) ... Tied for first place at Hood 5K with teammates Brett Shelley and Stephen McNamara ... Took 16th at CAC championship in 30:15 ... Also 14th at Hood Open (30:39).

2010: Ran in nine races in his first year as a Blazer ... School record holder in the 8K and freshman 8K (26:23) ... Clocked that time at CACs and placed ninth, becoming the first male cross country runner at Hood to earn all-conference honors ... One of his best races was at the 5K Hood Invite placing first with a time of 17:14 ... Hood''s top finisher in seven races.
