2012-13: (Indoor) Finished fourth at the Dickinson Invitational in the 1000-meters with a time of 2:47.63 on 12/1...Finished eighth at the Hagerstown Invitational in the Mile run with a time of 4:57.06 on 12/8...Finished fourth at the State Farm Games in the 1000-meters with a time of 2:49.97 on 1/19...Finished fifth in the 500-meters with a time of 1:11.95 at State Farm...Ran the 500-meters with a  time of 1:12.26 at the Delaware/Thomson Invitational on 1/26...Won the mile run at the Hagerstown Invitational with a time of 4:48.05 on 2/8. (Outdoor) Finished fourth at the Frostburg Invitational in the 1500-meters with a time of 4:20.06 on 4/6...Ran the 200-meters with a time of 24.43 at the Green Terror Twilight Invitational on 4/17...Finished sixth in the 400-meters with a time of 53.60 at Green Terror...Ran the 5000-meters with a time of 16:39.33 at the Mason-Dixon Invitational.

2012: Competed in 14 meets on the season participating in seven events... Tallied five multiple event meets... Registered six top five finishes and nine top ten finishes... Competed in the CAC meet for indoor track, ran a 4:45.32 mile... Registered a season best time of 9:15.23 in the 3000 meters at the University of Delware... Managed a second place finish in the 1000 meters at Hagerstown CC with a season best of 2:52.79... Picked up a season best time in the mile run at Dickinson with a time of 4:45.13... Gathered a top time in the 800 meters at Mount St. Mary''s with a time of 2:07.62... Managed another personal best at the University of Delaware with a time of 52.34 on the 400 meters... Ran a season best 16:06.64 on the 5000 meters at Coastal Carolina... Completed in the 1500 meters once on the year with a time of 4:20.92.

2011: Ran the 3000 in 9:53.86 at Dickinson, good for fourth place.

2010: All-CAC in cross country.
