Born and raised in New Zealand, Richardson moved to the United States to pursue her collegiate academic and athletic career. She attended the University of Central Florida, where she competed as a student-athlete in both cross country and track & field. During her time at UCF, she established herself as one of the program's top distance runners while representing New Zealand on the international stage.
She looks to bring to Hood College her passion for distance running, international racing experience, and commitment to developing student-athletes both on and off the course.

? Clocked a personal-best 20:38.9 in the 6K at the NCAA South Region Championships (2023), the sixth-fastest time in UCF program history.
? Ran the second-fastest 3000m time in program history and set the freshman record with a personal-best 9:39.99 at the Boston Valentine Invitational (2023).
? Broke the UCF freshman cross country record with a time of 17:12.4 at the North Alabama Showcase (2022).
? Opened her collegiate track career with the program's seventh-fastest mile, running a personal-best 4:56.23 at the Vanderbilt Invitational (2023).
