Aaron Carman

Aaron Carman joined the Hood College coaching staff as an assistant coach to the women's soccer team in 2014.

Carman, who also coaches at Thunder Soccer Club in Howard County, worked as a head coach for the Naval Detachment soccer team in Monterey, California from 2009-2010.  A Maryland native, Carman returned to Maryland to coach girls varsity soccer at National Academy Foundation High School in from 2011-2012.

From 2013-2014, he coached at Franklin High School in Reisterstown, Maryland and the Pipeline Soccer Club in Baltimore.

Carman increased winning percentages of all teams he coached by an average of 400 percent during his first season with programs. 

He has earned licenses and certifications in NSCAA goalkeeping levels I-III, USSF National "D" License, USSF "E" License, and is an NFHS certified interscholastic coach.  

Carman is working towards a Master of Science in recreation and sport science from Ohio University.
