Abby Dyjack '11/'13 will serve as the interim head coach at HoodCollege in the 2015 season.

Dyjack returned to her alma mater as an assistant coach in 2014and helped the Blazers to the first 4-0 start in school history.Hood produced a pair of Commonwealth Conferenceselections. 

An All-Capital Athletic Conference Second Team defender in 2011,Dyjack ranks among Hood's all-time leaders with 165 ground balls.She led the team in gorund balls twice in her career, including 67in 2011, which ranks as the best sixth best single season in schoolhistory. Dyjack also ranks third all-time with 61 career gamesplayed. She ended her career with five goals and three assistsfor a total of eight points. Dyjack also had 39 career drawcontrols. 

She was a part of the 2009 squad that set the school record forwins, and played in the winningest four-year span in programhistory, from 2008-11. 

Dyjack received a bachelor's degree from Hood in communicationarts and psychology in 2011. In the spring of 2013, Dyjack earned adegree in human sciences from Hood. The Odenton, Md. native went toArundel High School.
