Hood College

Jess Sedgwick '17 joined the coaching staff at Hood College for the 2021 season. 

Sedgwick played for the Blazers from 2014-17, finishing with over a .300 career average. She batted a career-best .343 as a senior. The Fairfield, Connecticut native was a two-year member of the field hockey program as a goalkeeper in 2013-14. 

Outside of Hood, Sedgwick coaches softball with the Frederick Heartbreakers.

Sedgwick graduated from Hood in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts degree as a double-major in business administration and economics.
