Coleman joined the Blazers coaching staff in August 2026 as a graudate assistant coach, bringing a high-level collegiate athletic background to the program.
She spent two seasons at Mount St. Mary’s University, earning All-Rookie Team honors, before completing her playing career at Robert Morris University, where she served as a team captain.
Coleman assists the coaching staff in all facets of the program, with a primary focus on scouting, recruiting, and post player development. Her firsthand experience as a Division I athlete and former Howard High School varsity basketball player brings invaluable leadership, work ethic, and competitive drive to the program.
Off the court, Coleman is pursuing her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Hood College.
