Michael Lipscomb is a Graduate Assistant in Sports Information at Hood College, bringing a passion for sports media, storytelling, and digital content to the Blazers.
A 2026 graduate of Susquehanna University, Lipscomb earned both the 2026 Media Person of the Year Award and the Outstanding Sports Media Major Award. During his time at Susquehanna, he gained extensive experience across athletics, photography, broadcasting, and digital media.
Lipscomb is passionate about creating engaging content both on and off the field, with experience in social media, PA announcing, sports photography, videography, graphic design, live broadcasts, and gameday production. He especially enjoys finding creative ways to tell the stories of student-athletes and teams through social media and visual storytelling.
At Hood, Lipscomb works to elevate the Blazers’ digital presence while supporting athletic events and gameday operations. His goal is to combine his love of sports and creativity to help showcase the people, moments, and stories that make Hood College Athletics special.
