Hood College

Luis Cotto, a former All-Middle Atlantic Conference player for Hood College, has been named the head coach of the Blazers' men's tennis team. 

Cotto was a member of both the tennis and basketball squads at Hood. He was a member of the basketball team for two years before turning his attention to the tennis court full-time. Cotto, who improved his win total every season, was named to the all-conference team in 2012-13 as a junior, along with No. 1 doubles teammate Chad Love.  

He graduated in 2014 with a bachelor's degree in sociology from Hood.
