FREDERICK, Md. - Hood College dropped a 3-0 final to visiting Arcadia in a Middle Atlantic Conference Commonwealth contest.

Before the match, the Blazers honored the contributions of seniors Daniel Battle (Parkton, Md. / Herford), Ian Jenkins (Waldorf, Md. / Bishop McNamara) and Kyle Toepfer (Prince Frederick, Md. / St. Mary's Ryken) to the program.

The Knights' Bradley McKim had a hand in all three goals, scoring twice and assisting on another.

Hood held possession throughout the majority of the opening minute, but Arcadia took advantage of a transition opportunity. The Knights reversed the action and McKim sent a through ball ahead to Ryan Hammer in the 21st minute for a goal. 

In the second half, McKim cleaned up a loose ball in front of the net to extend the Arcadia lead to 2-0. He put the game out of reach in the 81st minute with an assist from Derrick Brewer.

Joe Centeno (Mount Airy, Md. / Linganore) made four saves. 

Chris Watson had a pair of stops for Arcadia.

With the loss, Hood will await a potential bid to the ECAC South Tournament.
