GRANTHAM, Pa. - Hood College fell to Lebanon Valley 126-113 and Misericordia 135-103 in a meet that also featured Messiah.

Scores were not tallied for teams that had already competed against one another this season. No score was kept for Hood vs. Messiah or Misericordia vs. LVC.

Lauren Fogarty (Arnold, Md. / Broadneck) led the Blazers with a second place finish in the 500-yard freestyle with a time of 5:40.69. Brittany Whitham (Fort Collins, Colo. / Resurrection Christian ) was third in 5.42.37. 

Ashley Griffin (Littlestown, Pa. / Delone Catholic) was third in both the 100 and 200 free. She swam a 58.47 in the 100 and a 2:06.36 in the 200. 

In the 100 backstroke, Shannon McHale (Hauppage, N.Y. / Hauppage) was third in 1:04.79. Briana Hand-Solomon (Dover, Del. / Dover) added a third place finish in the 200 back in 2:21.52, less than a half second out of second place. 

Hood travels to York, Pennsylvania for the Middle Atlantic Conference Championships on February 11-14.
