OWINGS MILLS, Md. - Hood College's Drew Demich became the first player in school history with 100 career points as the Blazers shut out Stevenson 4-0. 

Inside the Box Score

• Demich had a goal and two assists. The forward entered the day with 99 points and his four-point day increased his career total to 103.
• Christiano Pillari added a goal and an assist. 
• Juliano Pillari and Clay Smith had Hood's other two goals, while Alain Nzojibwami picked up an assist. 
• Danny Castillo made four saves to pick up the shutout.

• The Blazers did all of their scoring in the first half. Smith put Hood ahead in the 13th minute, when he headed in a corner by Christiano Pillari for a 1-0 lead. 
• Demich reached triple figures in the 29th minute. The senior sent a long throw in and Christiano Pillari sent it into the net for a 2-0 edge. 
• Less than four minutes later, Demich scored when he chested a cross from Nzojibwami past the keeper.
• In the 36th minute, Juliano Pillari scored for the second straight game when scored from 35 yards out on an assist by Demich. 

Notes

• Hood outshot the Mustangs 29-9 in the game, including 14-2 in the second half while guarding the lead. 
• Michael Tringali made 10 saves in net for Stevenson. 
• The Blazers' 8-2 start is the team's best since an 8-1-1 start in 2005. Hood's 2-0 start to play in the Middle Atlantic Conference Commonwealth is its first since 2014.
