Inside the Box Score
- Danny Castillo made three saves to pick up his fifth shutout of the year. Two of the stops came during overtime.
How it Happened
- Arcadia's defense bent, but did not break during the match. Hood held a 32-8 edge in shots, but could not find the back of the net.
- The Blazers also had 18 corner kicks in the match.
- Hood's defense, meanwhile, limited the Knights to just five shots during regulation, including only one on goal.
- One of the Blazers' best chances came in the second overtime, when Chris Watson tipped a shot by Christiano Pillari just over the cross bar.
- During the shootout, both Watson and Castillo turned away the first chances for each offense. After Hood missed its second attempt high, Bradley McKim converted to give Arcadia an edge.
- Pillari opened the third round with a successful try and neither team missed again. Hood's Colin Viti and Joe Benton converted to tie the shootout at 3-3, but the Knights' Ryan Hammer, who received a yellow card earlier in the match, sent Arcadia on to the MAC Commonwealth Semifinals.
