How it Happened
- Lancaster Bible got started with an early 7-2 run in the first four minutes. A three pointer by Davis-Hans with two seconds on the clock got the Blazers within one point to end the quarter trailing 13-12.
- The Chargers opened the second quarter with a 13-3 run to take a 26-15 lead on a 3-pointer by Sydney Heller with 3:17 left. Four straight points from Davis-Hans cut the deficit to seven before LBC carried a 29-19 lead into halftime. Lancaster Bible led by 15 after a jumper by Alaysha Iwais gave the Chargers a 37-22 edge midway through the third quarter. Back-to-back baskets by Anderson helped the Blazers trim the LBC lead to nine. Hood trailed by as many as 13 before Etchison knocked down a 3-pointer to make it a 45-35 game heading into the fourth quarter.
- The Blazers closed the gap in the fourth quarter. Hood pulled within six points with 6:16 remaining on a pair of Marlise Newson free throws that made it 51-45. With just over a minute to go, Robinson sank a 3-pointer to make it a four-point game 52-48. The Chargers' Lizzy answered with a 3-pointer of her own with 51 seconds left to put the game out of reach.
