ARLINGTON, Va. - The Hood College men's soccer team earned the 2-1 victory over Marymount by scoring two quick goals in the second half after trailing at halftime. 

Inside the Box Score

• Jaylen Poisal and Jacob Hill both netted one goal. Hill's goal was not only the game-winner but was also his first career goal.
• Cristian Urbina tallied one assist 
• Braden Weinel recorded a career-high eight saves in net for Hood. 

How It Happened

• Marymount's Leonardo Torres scored the lone first half goal in the 23rd minute after spinning past the Blazer defenders.
• Hood tied the game at one after Poisal capitalized off a miscommunication by the Saints' defense as the game entered the 60th minute.
• Less than three minutes later, at the end of the 62nd minute, Hill found the back of the net after an assist by Urbina to secure the 2-1 victory over Marymount.

Analysis 

• Marymount had the advantage over the Blazers 32-3 shots and 4-2 in corners kicks.

• Leonardo Torres netted the lone Saints goal.
• Ronald Clark earned one save for Marymount.
