READING, Pa. - The Hood College men's soccer team ended the 2022 season with a 3-1 loss against Middle Atlantic Conference Commonwealth opponent Albright College. 
 
Inside the Box Score 
	- Cam Simpler (Middletown, DE/Appoquinimink) scored the lone goal for the Blazers.  
- Nick Humphries (Potomac, MD/Potomac) played in all 90 minutes and made 10 saves.  
 
How It Happened 
	- Hood avoided the shutout as Simpler scored in the game's 88th minute to make the score 3-1.  
- The Blazers held the Lions scoreless for the first 27 minutes of the game until Noah Raimonde scored off an assist from Martin Ramsay to earn the early 1-0 lead. 
- Albright scored two goals within less than 10 seconds of each other. The first goal to make the score 2-0 came from an Austin Gross penalty kick and then John Villano scored to secure the three-goal game.  
 
Analysis  
	- Albright held the advantage 16-8 in shots and 8-1 in corners. 
 
For the Opponent 
	- Gross, Raimonda and Villano all scored for the Lions.  
- Ramsay added an assist. 
- Cooper Walters played all 90 minutes and made four saves.  
 
Notes 
	- Hood ends the season 3-13-2 (0-8) on the season and Albright improves to 3-12-2 (1-7).
