MIDDLETOWN, Pa. - The Hood College women's soccer team dropped a 3-1 final to host Penn State Harrisburg in non-conference action.

How it Happened

• The Nittany Lions found the back of the net early, as Sydney Hemler headed the ball in off a Makayla Grace Weber corner in the 17th minute.
• Hood answered back right before the half in the 43rd minute with a Nair corner that was headed in by Frensley to make the game 1-1.
• Kylee Altland scored an unassisted goal for Penn State Harrisburg with 30 seconds left in the first half, to give the Nittany Lions a 2-1 lead into the half.
• Isabelle Toni padded the lead in the 50th minute as she found the back of the net off of a Hannah Wheeler corner, giving PSUH a 3-1. 

Analysis

• Penn State Harrisburg ended the match with a 14-4 advantage in shots.
