BALTIMORE, Md. - The Hood College field hockey team visited Goucher College for a mid-week matchup with the Gophers that resulted in a 2-0 victory.

How It Happened
- Dillion scored the first goal for the Blazers at the 26:12 minute mark after a fast break down the field with the assist from D'Agostino to earn the 1-0 lead over Goucher.
- The Blazers secured the 2-0 win over the Gophers after Bentz swept the ball from the top of the circle on a penalty corner which was inserted by Cencetti and then passed to Bentz by Frost in the 44th minute.
- Goucher had a chance to lessen the Blazer lead to one on a penalty corner in the 53rd minute but was denied by an Armstrong defensive save to keep the Gophers off the board.
