GETTYSBURG, Pa - The Hood College women's tennis team falls 8-1 to the Bullets of Gettysburg College in their final non-conference match of the season.
Doubles
- Anna Frye (Frederick, Md./Tuscarora) and Kate Haufe (Severna Park, Md./Severna Park) got blanked in the No. 1 doubles match.
- Cori Mark (Bel Air, Md./Bel Air) and Gigi Falzone (Buffalo, N.Y./Amherst Central) lost the No. 2 doubles 8-3 against Tierney Cantwell and Sarah Guistwite,
- Natalie Mackie (Elkton, Md./Elkton) and Samantha Huffer (Lovettsville, Va./Woodgrove) played the No. 3 doubles and lost 8-1.
Singles
- Anna Frye (Frederick, Md./Tuscarora) won the only game for Hood in No.1 single against Emma Ward with set scores of 6-1 and 6-2.
- Blazers lost the remaining 5 singles to the Opponent.
