FREDERICK, MD. - Three cross country members earn all-conference honors for their efforts at the MAC Championships, Aylene Noy (Frederick, Md./Tuscarora) with First Team and Amber Marshall (Berlin, MD/Stephen Decatur) with her first bid with Third Team honors for the women's side while Alex Seskar (Great Mills, Md./Great Mills) was awarded Third Team honors for the men's side.
  
In the 8K at the Middle Atlantic Conference Cross Country Championship hosted by Delaware Valley, Seskar marked a time of 27:09.8 to land in 28^th to lead all Blazers. 
 
Aylene Noy remained steady in the field of 137 runners and placed 8^th with a time of 23:12.6 and was just seconds away from a Top 5 finish but earned First Team All-Conferece nonetheless in the 6K.

Amber Marshall records her highest collegiate finish in 29th to sneak in Third Team conference honors with a run of 24:43.6.
