Hartford, CT - The No. 16 Hood College men's basketball team is set to face off against No. 1 Trinity College (Conn.) in the Third Round of the NCAA DIII Men's Basketball Tournament today at 4 p.m.. in Ray Oosting Gymnasium at Stan Ogrodnik Court. The game will be streamed on NCAA.com.

The fourth-best scoring offense led by MAC Commonwealth Coach of the Year Chad Dickman will take on the reigning national champion on the road on their court. The team has pushed through the ceiling in almost every statistical category for the program and not only has powered through the MAC Commonwealth playoffs to earn a championship there, earned two NCAA Tournament wins against Vassar College and No. 9 Redlands along the way.

The Bantams on the other hand have taken down both Top 25 Tufts and Wesleyan in the NESCAC Tournament to claim a title of their own. The squad had two-straight second half surges over Keuka and Babson on their home court in their quadrant of the NCAA Tournament to make it to this marquee matchup in the newcoming Blazers. This team also boasts the third-ranked defense and the largest scoring margin in the nation.
