High School: Played four years of basketball andtwo years of soccer at nearby Gov. Thomas Johnson High School… led the Patriot basketball team to two Monocacy ValleyAthletic League Chesapeake Division titles and a pair of regionalsemifinal appearances ... as a senior captain, averaged 13.0 pointsand 3.5 assists per game and was named first-team all-area by theFrederick News-Post and first-team All-MVAL Chesapeake Division… voted the team’s most improved player …played in the city all-star game and won the 3-point shootout… helped led the soccer team to a conference championshipand the state semifinals … four-year member of the HonorRoll … earned an academic excellence award as a sophomore.
