Masterson played all four years of softball at Berry College. In her last season with the Vikings, she earned SAA Player of the Week. In her junior year, she posted a batting average of .500. In her sophomore campaign, she received the 2019 Schutt Sports/NFCA Division III National Player of the Year watch list. In her playing career, she has also notched SAA Rookie of the Year, SAA first-Team all-conference, All-SAA First Team(3x), and SAA five-time player of the week honors. Â Â
She received her Bachelor of Science degree in marketing and a Bachelor of Science degree in management. She is currently pursuing her master’s degree in business administration.Â
