Alicia Window joined the Hood College women’s soccer coaching staff as the graduate assistant in the fall of 2025.
From Manchester, England, Window arrives at Hood following an accomplished playing career at NCAA Division I George Washington University, where she was a four-year contributor for the Revolutionaries. She started all 18 matches as a senior in 2024, tallying seven points with three goals and one assist. During her junior year, she logged a team-high 1,433 minutes. Over her career, she appeared in 67 matches, earning Atlantic 10 All-Rookie Team honors in 2021 after leading the team in goals as a first-year.
Window graduated from George Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
Prior to her collegiate career, Window competed for Manchester City Football Club for seven years, gaining valuable experience at the highest level of soccer in England and making her senior team debut in the Women’s Super League in January 2021.
She is pursuing her Master of Science in Management Information Systems at Hood College while assisting with all aspects of the Blazers’ women’s soccer program, including training, game preparation, and player development.
