STEVENSON, Md.—The Hood College women's soccer team (2-14, 0-7 Commonwealth) was defeated by Stevenson University (11-4-2, 4-1-2 Commonwealth) 7-0 at Stevenson Wednesday night.

The Mustangs took control early as Allie Ondrejak scored two early goals to give the Mustangs early momentum. Stevenson's Meaghan Williams added another first half tally leading the Mustangs to a 3-0 intermission lead. Mackenzie Calhoun, Alexa Narron, Shannon McGuire, and Alexandra Nesselt all fired home goals in the second half to round out the scoring for Stevenson.

Hood goalkeeper Leah Norris made 17 saves in the game. The goalkeeper tandem of Allison Johnson and Lauren Weitzman combined for the Stevenson shutout.

The Blazers return to action this Saturday when it honors its four seniors on senior day. The game is set to begin at 11:30 a.m. The pregame senior ceremonies will begin at approximately 11:15.
